What is the order processing time?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your package leaves our workshop.
What are the shipping costs?
In mainland France, delivery is free on orders of €70 or more, for both pickup points and home delivery. Below that amount: €5.90 for Mondial Relay pickup points, €9.90 for home delivery via Colissimo (€7.90 on orders of €30 and over).
Pickup points temporarily unavailable: for now, all orders are delivered to your home by Colissimo.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, in all European Union countries. The Mondial Relay pick-up point is available in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, and Portugal. Elsewhere in the European Union, we deliver to your home via Colissimo. Please allow 4 to 10 business days depending on the country. We do not deliver outside the European Union at this time.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after receipt to return a product to us, at your own expense. The product must be complete and in its original, intact packaging. For hygiene reasons, a product that has been opened or unsealed cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has shipped. You can also find it in your account, under the My orders section.
Do your products contain allergens?
Allergens are indicated in bold in the list of ingredients for each product sheet, and highlighted at the top of the page.
