Your order is prepared in 24 to 48 hours on average, from Monday to Friday.

Metropolitan France

Pickup points temporarily unavailable: for now, all orders are delivered to your home by Colissimo.

• Mondial Relay pickup point: €5.90, delivered in 5 to 8 business days after your order.
• Colissimo home delivery: €9.90 (€7.90 for orders from €30 to €69.99), delivered in 3 to 5 business days after your order.
• Free delivery on orders over €70 (discount included), for both pickup points and home delivery.

European Union

• Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: pickup point €6.90, home delivery €14.90. Free on orders over €90.
• Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Portugal: pickup point €9.90, home delivery €14.90. Free on orders over €120.
• Other European Union countries: home delivery €14.90. Free on orders over €120.

Allow 4 to 10 business days after your order, depending on the country. We do not deliver outside of the European Union at this time.

Damaged or incomplete package

Upon delivery, check the condition of your package in the presence of the carrier. In the event of damage or missing items, write down precise, written remarks on the delivery slip, then sign them.

Then confirm these remarks to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 2 business days following delivery, and send us a copy of this letter to the following address: SAVOR CRÉATIONS – Service Retour, ZA de Signes, 99 allée de Bruxelles, 83870 Signes.
