Refund policy

Is a product not suitable for you? You have 14 working days from the date of delivery to return it to us. If this period ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

Which products can be returned?

Products must be returned to us in their entirety, in their complete and intact original packaging, and in perfect condition for resale.

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, products unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned.

How to return a product?

Notify our customer service, preferably by phone at 04 94 92 88 73 (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5 pm), or by email at contact@savoretsens.com, stating your order number.
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging.
Send your parcel to the following address: SAVOR CRÉATIONS – Service Retour, ZA de Signes, 99 allée de Bruxelles, 83870 Signes.

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the error was made by us during shipping.

Refund

We will refund you within 14 days following the receipt of your return. For credit card payments, the amount is credited back to the card used for the order.
